Julio Moreno is a graphic designer and illustrator from Brownsville, Texas, who is now based in Austin. A graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Design, he has contributed to more than ten published picture books and exhibited his work in several galleries. Julio is thrilled to be working with BookSpring, where he helps foster community engagement through the BookSpring Originals publishing program, guiding Austin locals in creating their own picture books.
