I am Texas State University graduate and was hired at People’s Community Clinic out of my internship with the Early Childhood (EC) team and have been the EC Coordinator since graduating in 2022. I was introduced to the work in EC by faculty and staff in the Applied Sociology program at Texas State, and knew it was where I needed to be. The strides People’s has made for pediatric developmental and relational health in this pocket of the South has continuously fueled my passion for this work, with early literacy being a large part of it. As a born and raised South Central Texan, I am honored to be able to work alongside and serve the families in this community. My hobbies and interests include: reading, watching anime, attending concerts, and spending time with my loved ones. I am new to traveling, so I hope to do more of that this year!
