The children of Suzanne Louise Fournier Kennedy Viescas would like to invite friends and family to honor her memory and her life by donating to BookSpring in support of its enduring mission to ensure all children have access to books. Suzanne passed away in Paris, France at the age of 80 on July 17, 2023. She instilled a lifelong love of reading in all of her five children, one of whom is a current board member of BookSpring.
Suzanne was an avid reader, and earned both a bachelor?s and master?s degree in English while her children were young. She was a particular fan of children?s books, and one of her favorites was The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. As quoted in this special book, ?All grown-ups were once children… but only few of them remember it.? She was one who remembered.
Mary, Ann, Elizabeth, Sara, and John know their mother would be delighted to see the happy faces of young readers holding books they love, which came directly from heartfelt donations made in her name.
