Books Beginning at Birth (B3) is a statewide family reading program that delivers free books and digital literacy resources directly to Texas families from birth through age 12. Through monthly parent supports, bilingual digital libraries, and high-quality print books, B3 helps caregivers build strong home libraries, establish daily reading habits, and support early learning and school readiness.
