BookSpring is a small organization with big ambitions and a lot of heart, and we’re growing!  It takes hope, muscle, and hustle to distribute tens of thousands of books per month to children and families in need. But at the end of the day, you can curl up with a good book and rest easy that you’ve spent your working time sharing your passion for reading with others.

Working with BookSpring has unique rewards. Your efforts in building home libraries through BookSpring will benefit kids for the rest of their lives, and we aim to keep a steady, healthy, and reliable operational team to fulfill our mission.

During these changing times, we are striving to give our team a good work-life balance with safety, security, flexibility, and accountability in mind. Our workloads are sometimes high, but our pace is usually comfortable. Together, we can go far!
